Wu Xinghan, a Chinese actor and director, has made history by becoming the first Chinese person to break into Taishan, a mountain in southern China's Guangdong Province. Wu, who is known for his roles in popular TV dramas such as "The Eight Immortals" and "Legend of the Condor Heroes," has been training for years to become a mountain climber.
On August 29, 2018, Wu finally reached the summit of Taishan, becoming the first Chinese person to do so. The climb took him more than four hours and he was accompanied by two guides throughout the journey. Wu said that the experience was both physically and mentally challenging but also incredibly rewarding.
"I've always wanted to climb Taishan,Football Instant Report and now I have done it," Wu said. "It's not just about reaching the top, but also about the process of preparing and training."
In addition to his success on Taishan, Wu has also received recognition for his work in film and television. He won several awards for his performances in "The Eight Immortals" and "Legend of the Condor Heroes," including Best Actor at the Golden Rooster Awards.
Despite his success, Wu remains humble and grateful for the opportunity to reach the summit of Taishan. "I'm just one person, and I couldn't have done this without my team and my family," he said. "I want to thank everyone who supported me along the way."
